I. Software Description
HTTPeep is a local HTTP/HTTPS traffic capture and control tool designed for developers, offering features such as request capture, rule matching, traffic modification, and breakpoint debugging.
This Software is a locally running product. By default, it does not upload your network traffic content to any server.
II. License and Usage
HTTPeep uses an activation code licensing mechanism.
Each activation code can simultaneously activate up to 2 devices.
When the same activation code is used to activate a 3rd device, the system may automatically deactivate the earliest activated device.
The activation code is only used to unlock premium features of the corresponding version and does not imply your ownership of the Software.
III. Usage Restrictions
You may not engage in the following activities when using HTTPeep:
Use the Software for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:
Illegal monitoring or interception of others' network communications.
Unauthorized security attacks or data theft.
Reverse engineer, crack, or tamper with the Software's licensing, verification, or security mechanisms.
Use the Software to infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
Use technical means to circumvent the activation code device limit.
If you violate the above regulations, the developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license without assuming any liability.
IV. Updates and Service Changes
HTTPeep may provide feature updates, fixes, or improvements from time to time.
The scope of updates included in different license types may vary; please refer to the purchase page or description for details.
The developer reserves the right to adjust the features or pricing strategy of future versions without affecting the normal use of the version you have already purchased.
V. Disclaimer
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.
You understand and agree that the developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you use the Software in a legal and authorized environment.
VI. Termination
In the following cases, the developer reserves the right to terminate this agreement and revoke the license:
You successfully breach the terms of this agreement;
You engage in illegal use or abuse;
Laws or regulations require termination of the service.
VII. Agreement Modification
The developer reserves the right to modify this agreement when necessary.
The modified agreement will be published on the official website or within the Software.
Your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
VIII. Governing Law
The conclusion, execution, and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations.
